At OBD, CJ supports clients by coordinating projects, maintaining organized workflows, tracking financial and administrative details, and helping teams stay on top of deadlines and deliverables. Her background includes accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, financial reporting, and working closely with project managers and leadership teams.

CJ has a particular talent for creating structure and improving the way work gets done. Throughout her career, she has developed standard operating procedures, automated and simplified workflows, and helped implement new business systems. Her ability to quickly understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and keep multiple priorities moving makes her a valuable resource for both clients and project teams.

CJ earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has completed additional coursework in accounting, finance, payroll, and business systems.
