Cassidy Sullivan is the Co-Founder of Operations by Design, bringing extensive experience in client relations, project coordination, business development, and the day-to-day management of complex architectural projects.

Cassidy works closely with architecture and design firms to strengthen project delivery, client communication, and the administrative systems that keep projects moving. Her experience spans proposals and contracts, fee development, invoicing, project administration, scheduling, document management, and coordination between clients, project teams, and legal departments.

Before co-founding Operations by Design, Cassidy built her career across client relations, operations, and project management. She has managed a portfolio of more than 100 clients representing over $50 million in business, with responsibilities ranging from contract and billing negotiations to proposals, RFPs, account management, and client retention.

Cassidy later brought that experience into the architecture industry, working closely with principals, architects, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Her responsibilities included proposal and contract development, fee development, invoicing, project administration, client communication, document management, and project closeout.

At Operations by Design, Cassidy combines a strong client-service mindset with a practical understanding of how architecture firms and their projects operate. Her strengths in organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving help firms create better processes, stronger client relationships, and more efficient project teams. She is also bilingual in Spanish and English.

Her approach is centered on keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and clients supported from pursuit through project closeout.
